NORTHWEST ZERO TOLERANCE COALITION
MISSION/TARGET POPULATION
Northwest Zero Tolerance Coalition was initiated in 1994, when
communities in the Northwest section of Macomb County came together
to address alcohol, tobacco, & other drugs problems facing
our youth. The goal of the Coalition was to develop a zero tolerance
initiative that united educational, law enforcement & community
members to ensure safe, drug free environments for our youths.
